Crane System

Overhead Crane

Overhead cranes are the most widely used lifting systems in industrial facilities. Supported by runway beams on both sides of the building, they travel along the length of the structure to provide full coverage of the working area below. Their simple construction, high efficiency, and ability to maximize workspace coverage make them the preferred solution for a wide range of material handling applications.

Gantry Crane

Gantry cranes operate on ground-mounted rails and are supported by freestanding legs instead of the building structure. This design makes them an ideal choice for outdoor operations or facilities where the existing structure cannot support an overhead crane. They provide a reliable and flexible lifting solution for warehouses, fabrication yards, shipyards, and other heavy-duty applications.

Semi Gantry Crane

Semi gantry cranes combine the advantages of overhead and gantry crane systems. One side of the crane is supported by a freestanding leg running on a ground rail, while the opposite side travels on a runway beam attached to the building structure. This configuration is well suited for facilities with large spans where installing a full overhead crane is impractical or when lifting coverage is only required in a specific area. Semi gantry cranes are commonly used for loading and unloading materials from trucks in manufacturing plants and warehouses.

Jib Crane

Jib cranes provide an efficient lifting solution for localized workstations. Equipped with a horizontal boom mounted on a freestanding column or attached directly to an existing wall or structural column, the boom can rotate up to 180° or 360°, depending on the design. They are widely used in workshops, machining areas, assembly lines, and maintenance stations where fast and repetitive lifting is required within a limited workspace.

Wall Travelling Jib Crane

Wall travelling jib cranes are installed on rails mounted along a building wall, allowing the boom to travel horizontally while operating as a cantilever crane. This system is particularly suitable for production lines with fixed and sequential workflows. It also complements overhead cranes by providing dedicated lifting coverage for individual workstations without interfering with the main crane operation.

Underhung Crane

Underhung cranes are suspended from the building's roof structure, allowing the bridge girder to travel beneath overhead runway beams. This configuration is especially beneficial where floor space is limited or structural layouts restrict the installation of conventional overhead cranes. Designed for light to medium-duty lifting applications, underhung cranes require proper structural engineering to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

Monorail Crane

Monorail cranes operate along a single fixed rail, providing straightforward and efficient material transport between designated points. Unlike overhead cranes, movement is limited to the direction of the rail, making them ideal for repetitive production processes. The rail system can be suspended from the building structure or supported by additional steel framing and may be designed with curves, loops, or branching tracks to suit specific operational requirements.

Every lifting application presents its own unique challenges. To meet those requirements, we offer fully customized crane solutions engineered around your operational needs.
